     Sometimes it takes a quarter century to try something new!!  We have been proudly decorating ceramic mugs since 1979. With this website we can now make the unique names not found in stores anywhere. Our ceramic coffee mugs, beer steins and pet bowls are custom decorated to create "extra-ordinary" personalized gifts. It gives us great pleasure to know that many thousands have received and will continue to enjoy their mugs for many years to come.

     Our goal is to offer only the finest personalized gifts available that will create lasting memories and provide years of enjoyment. Before any item ships from our facility, it must pass a final inspection for quality and accuracy. If your order it is not 100% free from defects in material or workmanship, please use our EMAIL Us Form or call 1-866-MONIKER (666-4537) prior to returning an item with the reason for the return so that we can expect it's arrival and issue a prompt credit, exchange or refund. Return items in their original packaging. All returns must be made within 20 days of receipt.

     We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us) especially on spelling and dates! Please take special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling, dates and names carefully. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we offer it to you at a 20% discount. Of course, if we made the error, we will send a replacement item at no extra charge to you.  Email us here.

Shipping & Delivery

     Orders will ship to arrive in 10-14 business days. Packages are shipped via UPS Ground unless other service is requested. Other shipping options may require additional handling fees. You will be notified by email when your order ships. When available, a tracking number will be included in the email with a link to track your order.

     When you order from us, we request your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number and e-mail address. This information is used to process and ship your order. Your credit card information is used only to process the order and is not passed on to us. Protecting your information is our highest priority.
