    Our goal is to offer only the finest personalized gifts available that will create lasting memories and provide years of enjoyment. Before any item ships from our facility, it must pass a final inspection for quality and accuracy. If your order it is not 100% free from defects in material or workmanship, please use our EMAIL Us Form or call 1-866-MONIKER (666-4537) prior to returning an item with the reason for the return so that we can expect it's arrival and issue a prompt credit, exchange or refund. Return items in their original packaging. All returns must be made within 20 days of receipt.

     We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us) especially on spelling and dates! Please take special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling, dates and names carefully. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we offer it to you at a 20% discount. Of course, if we made the error, we will send a replacement item at no extra charge to you.  Email us here.
